چکیده

Background: Reactive lymph node hyperplasia can exhibit morphological patterns I to VI. This study was done evaluate hyperplasia, reactive patterns, metastasis and correlation with tumour stage, size. Methods: Total 454 nodes were reviewed for metastases reactivity VI as per the World Health Organization (WHO) protocol. Association between qualitative variables assessed by chi-square test Fisher’s exact test, those quantitative using unpaired t-test. Results: Lymph highest in breast commonest lymphocyte predominance, germinal centre sinus histiocytosis mixed patterns. Conclusions: show organ-wise variation need standardisation. Most common included predominance hyperplasia. Studying may help understand host immune reaction against thus influence prognosis.
